in this role, you will be working alongside incredibly commercially minded solicitors working on a broad and dynamic caseload, consisting of Corporate transactional work. In this role you will be working alongside some of the region's leading experts in Corporate Transactions, gaining incredibly valuable exposure.

Requirements

• You will ideally be NQ, or a Paralegal, with a keen eye for progression
• You will be dynamic and collaborative
• You will be eager to learn and develop
• You will have some experience in Corporate Transactional caseloads
