The Role

Because this innovative, exciting firm are growing, they are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their small but incredible team in the West End, London.

You will have a very hands on role, dealing with exciting Corporate work, and have unheard of exposure to industry leading work.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

You will assist London leading Solicitors and Partners, in a wide range of Corporate transactions, all of which are high end and high net worth in nature. The Corporate work includes: M&A's, public takeovers, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate advisory, company reorganizations, private equity, and more.
