Due to their success and organic growth within the Litigation team, they are on the lookout for a Junior Public Law Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their well renowned team of specialist lawyers.

You will be an NQ + up to mid level Solicitor / Legal Executive with exposure to a variety of public law work.

The work will be strictly contentious; you will be working closely alongside the Partner in the team dealing with a wide variety of interesting and niche work. You will be covering areas to include judicial review, procurement, planning litigation, charities disputes, education disputes and general public law matters.

The team work closely alongside the Commercial Disputes team and the role will involve an element of assisting on more generalist Commercial Litigation matters also firm wide.

You will be advising a variety of clients to include private and public bodies. Someone with advocacy experience would be highly advantageous here.

The firm are looking for someone that is able to come in and fit into the team dynamic well, be enthusiastic and be able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively.
