Job Details
Due to expansion, our client requires an additional Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally around 5PQE+, to join the team based in Edgerton, Huddersfield. You will handle a caseload of the full range of commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, alongside a variety of commercial lease matters such as renewals and transfers.
The firm offers a varied caseload and supportive friendly environment, along with the chance to develop and expand your skills while progressing your career.
You will need:
- To be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE,
- Experience of managing your own caseload of commercial property clients with the ability to work with minimal supervision,
- Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals,
- A keen interest to be involved with business development and client relationship management.
