Talented Litigation Fee Earner sought for a leading law firm in Kent.

A great opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic Litigation Solicitor to join our client’s busy practice in Canterbury area. Working as part of a specialist team within the wider litigation department, the successful fee earner will manage a bespoke caseload of various litigation matters.

• Property law
• Landlord and tenant
• Employment law
• Probate and wills
• Contracts
• Boundary disputes
• General commercial litigation
• Issuing court proceedings
• Attending court
• Litigation on complex cases

The Candidate
• Solicitors, barristers and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Solid experience in general litigation matters gained within a reputable firm
• Experience of drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts
• Demonstrating excellent client care skills, you will build strong working relationships at all levels
• With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be a proactive team player
