A leading boutique London city law firm specialising in corporate work. They have extensive experience of but not limited to venture capitals, public and private fund raisings, investment funds and mergers. They act for market leading EIS, investment companies and VCT fund managers. They are specialists in FCA regulation, company law and tax efficient investments three interlinked highly complex areas. The firm are proud to advise a wide range of clients from the following sectors; property, media, technology and infrastructure. They are now looking for a Paralegal to assist the fee-earners in the corporate team on an initial 3-month basis with the potential for extension should the candidate excel.
Your new role
You will be responsible for preparing corporate ancillary documents (board minutes, shareholder resolutions, companies house forms), preparing deal bibles, managing completion processes, carrying on legal due diligence and proof-reading.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will have successfully completed the LLB (or equivalent), the LPC and have previous experience undertaking the tasks outlined above.
