The department deals with a broad range of work making the role very interesting. They work across a number of industry sectors and have a client base spanning developers, entrepreneurs, investors, commercial landlords, SME's and multi-nationals. You will deal with Sales and purchases, Landlord & tenant, Development, Investment and HNW individuals.
With a small Real Estate department this role will focus on sale and purchase and financing of commercial property including the acquisition of sites, financing, site set up and disposal of units, acting for Landlords and Tenants in the grant and taking of commercial leases. You will be working alongside the Senior Partner of the firm therefore an excellent opportunity to gain further knowledge is available.
This will be an interesting and varied caseload that will offer real autonomy. As a guide you should have at least 1 year's experience in Real Estate dealing with a good quality of work.
Salary is flexible depending on experience.
