Salary: Competitive up to £40,000
Senior Residential Conveyancer - Southport
A well-established firm with an existing base in Southport is due to expand and are actively looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team based in Southport.
The successful applicant would be working alongside a team but primarily managing a case load on their own with a broad spectrum of residential property work including, leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases and title checks.
This firm offers a conveyancing university meaning throughout your journey you will have constant support and training. If there is an area of conveyancing that you wish to gain more experience in, then there is no doubt this firm is the place for you.
Candidates with over 2 years in Residential Conveyancing, knowledge of the conveyancing market and a proven track record of developing new business are encouraged to apply. My client is looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic with a passion to succeed, with regular salary reviews and a vibrant office environment. For the right candidate there are definite opportunities for solid progression.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience of managing your caseload with the minimum of supervision from the commencement of the transaction to the end.
