The Role

The firm are looking for a Real Estate Legal Secretary Team Leader for their brand-new City of London office.

This role is a very exciting and hands on one; you will oversee more than 10 legal secretaries in the Real Estate department, as well as other departments in the office, as well as providing support to 3 or 4 Real Estate fee earners. Because this is a managerial role, you will need to have some management experience. You will coordinate and manage work flow, manage the day to day workload of the team, conduct Quarterly Reviews/Annual Secretary Performance Reviews, manage the case management system and be responsible for the induction of new secretaries into the team.

Requirements

  • You must be a Real Estate Legal Secretary (6+ years' experience)
  • You must have some management experience
  • You must have a typing speed of 65+ wpm
  • You must have excellent organizational skills
  • You will work well in a busy environment
