Insolvency Solicitor – 2 + PQE – Bristol

My client are a national growing, progressive and forward-thinking law firm in Bristol and are looking for an Insolvency Solicitor to join their developing Bristol offices.

You will enjoy access to a wide variety of Insolvency work, managing your own caseload from inception to conclusion, exercising professional judgement with regard to an established case management system and client protocols.

Working closely with the partner and experienced solicitors in the wider national team, you will have access to plenty of one-on-one support, guidance and supervision, whilst taking responsibility for your own files and gaining confidence in your own individual style.

This role is a great opportunity for you to gain experience in both personal and corporate insolvency.  The department has a heavy emphasis on contentious work pursuing claims on behalf of office holders against directors and others to recover assets for the benefit of creditors.
