Job Details
Our client, based in Harrogate, are seeking an additional Private Client Solicitor to join their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Private Client team.
You will handle own caseload of high quality work, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Elderly Client matters, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax Planning, and assist more senior Lawyers on more complex matters.
You will need:
- A minimum of 12 months experience handling own caseload of private client matters,
- High level of IT skills – case management experience preferred,
- Full STEP membership or the willingness to undertake study to achieve this,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Business development skills.
