Well-established law firm seeks a Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding conveyancing department based in Batley, West Yorkshire. You will work as part of a team and support an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor in everyday tasks, using case management systems.
Duties will include; dealing with providing quotations, taking ID, completing forms and applications, handling general queries/updates, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, drafting contacts, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents.
You will need:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, assisting a Fee Earner with a residential conveyancing caseload,
- Good communication skills and professional telephone manner,
- Case management experience preferred,
