A highly regarded regional heavyweight firm seek to appoint a senior level Solicitor within their L500 recognised Employment team in Bedfordshire.

As part of the firms succession planning they are recruiting for future leaders of the firm, and as such they are looking for an accomplished Solicitor who will assume a senior role with the team and confidently manage and supervise junior Fee Earners.

You will take a leading role working with business owners, directors and HR teams of SMEs, national and international businesses managing a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

As a senior member of the team, you will take the lead when it comes to maintaining and building new and existing client relationships with a view to facilitate growth.

This position would suit an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor looking to step up into a management capacity with a clear set route to Partnership. Similarly, the firm would like to hear from current Partners who are seeking the next challenge in their career.

The full time salary on offer is highly competitive based on previous experience and requirements. To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with proven experience in employment law at a reputable regional or city practice.
