The Role

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE based in Luton, Bedfordshire.

The desired candidate will have experience of business development and have a strong track record of such. You will also have experience of Residential Conveyancing as it will be advantageous to pick up that work also.

You will benefit from the autonomy to serve clients at your will and establish yourself as a key figure within the firm and in wider context of the local market. This is a stand alone role and therefore a unique opportunity for a driven property solicitor.

The firms current client base consists of many HNW clients who often refer high quality work across other departments.

You will benefit from great opportunities for progression.

The Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regard to experience)
• Experience of Residential Conveyancing is desirable but not essential
• You will have a strong track record of business development
• You will have good communication skills
• A pragmatic approach to your work
