Job Details
We are working on an exciting commercial property role for a newly qualified/junior solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in Darlington. Our client has a solid commercial property presence and reputation within the North East market for over 50 years meaning they have a well-established client base from SMEs to charities, developers, landowners and agricultural clients. The firm is traditional, has a low turnover of staff and prides itself on the friendly and supportive environment that has been created over the years.
You will deal with a range of commercial property matters from sales and acquisitions to landlord and tenant disputes and assignment of leases. You will be working alongside a partner who has a fantastic reputation and has built good relationships with surveyors, accountants and bankers creating a strong local client base.
Our client is looking for someone who can fit well into the dynamic of the team and help build strong and lasting client relationships. You should also be able to manage your own caseload with support from the team whilst working to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate should be NQ-5 years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
