Our client has several offices across the Shropshire region with an excellent reputation and a loyal client base. They are now seeking to appoint a residential conveyancer who can fit well with the firm’s culture and ethos.
 
To be considered as a residential conveyancer within this team you must have a solid foundation within conveyancing. Although being a solicitor or licensed conveyancer/legal executive would be preferred it is not essential, however, it is essential to have a legal education and at least three years’ experience as a fee earner within conveyancing.

As the team is relatively small you must have the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to support other people. The firm is looking for a residential conveyancer who is organised with a willingness to find solutions to problems that arise in the conveyancing process and the ability to work hard under pressure.

Being a people person is key along with a willingness to engage in marketing and networking along with building up your own relationships with local agents and IFA’s.
