Partner - Commercial Litigation - Birmingham

Established Birmingham firm is looking to expand its Commercial Litigation team with a Senior Solicitor who is looking for Partnership. Based in the city centre this well-connected and highly regarded firm works with a variety of clients offering a wide range of litigation services.

The mainstay of the work will involve dealing with a variety of commercial litigation matters. This will include breach of commercial contracts (including banking and IT), insolvency matters, professional negligence as well as debt recovery and other general litigation matters.

This will suit a current Head of Department or at least Principle Associate who's looking to take their career in commercial litigation into an interesting and fresh direction whilst having the support of some real leading lights in the Birmingham market.

They are looking at a clear succession plan with a view to making a Partnership appointment as soon as possible.
