Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

A corporate/commercial solicitor will be given the chance to work for one of Shropshire's leading law firms. Will consider part time or full time, flexible working hours and flexible office locations to include Hereford, Shrewsbury, Telford, Conway, Ludlow.

As a corporate/commercial solicitor, you will join a market leading practice with a network of offices across the Shropshire region. You will work closely with other members of the department on more complex transactions with plenty of support from senior, highly experienced members of the team as well as running your own caseload of matters.

You will touch upon matters to include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments and joint ventures, shareholder exits along with commercial agreements such as client/agency agreements, cooperation agreements, strategic alliances, partnerships and technology licences.

They are looking for a corporate/commercial solicitor with around NQ–5 years' PQE to join their reputable department. More experienced candidates will be considered, so nobody with the right experience is discouraged from applying.
 
You will work in a collegiate, tight-knit, open planned office where people are always on hand to help. To be considered for this corporate/commercial solicitor role you must have a background of experience in the above along with a strong academic track record and ideally experience with owner-managed companies.
