Locum Property Litigation Solicitor – South West

Our client, a leading firm in the South West with a national presence has an immediate requirement for a Locum Solicitor with considerable experience of property litigation matters, to assist for approximately three months. The locum is required to assist the firm's busy Litigation Team while they recruit on a permanent basis

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include landlord and tenant matters, nuisance and trespass claims, breaches of covenant, property damage and subsidence. These matters will be in relation to both commercial and residential property clients.

The rate of pay will be lucrative for those with considerable experience in the field.

The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor (minimum 3 years PQE) with a current practising certificate and in-depth experience within property litigation gained at reputable law firms.
