• File opening and closing

• Organising client related activities
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Preparing forms and legal documents
• General office administration

The Candidate
• Legal Secretary ideally, with previous legal experience gained from a reputable law firm
• Available on a part-time basis covering 20 hours per week
• Highly organised and with an impeccable attention to detail
• Fast and accurate typing speed
• Personable with a professional manner
• Proficient in the use of the case management systems
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Possess a high standard of IT literacy
