Specialise in residential and commercial property? Lawyer sought on a locum basis for established practice in Suffolk.

Available from the 2nd of September to the 13th September and the 11th November to 15th November, the successful lawyer will be required to hit the ground running, managing a complex caseload covering both residential and commercial property matters, with minimal supervision.

• Sales and purchases
• Lease granting and renewals
• Remortgages
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Right to buy
• Rent reviews
• Shared equity

The Candidate
• A solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer from NQ upwards
• Solid experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property is essential
• Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
• Has availability to cover two weeks in September and one week in November
• Highly organised, able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
