Interim Head of Case Presentation

We are working with a statutory regulator to find them an experienced Fitness to Practise Lawyer/Manager. This is a locum opportunity to cover a period of up to four months. Applicants will ideally have an in depth knowledge of healthcare professional regulatory law.

The post holder will have oversight of the case presentation team (a high performing team of lawyers, advocates and paralegals).

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high quality regulatory casework. Experience of processes improvement and training will be highly beneficial.

The role is London based but flexible working arrangements will be available.
