Our client, a national interpreting and translations agency, are seeking an Admin Assistant to join their busy team operating out of Northwood, Middlesex.
The main duties of the role are:
Assisting the team with bookings for clients as required
Answering general enquiries over the telephone
Assisting with recruitment of new interpreters and maintaining the current database
Ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner
Providing assistance with general administration work
Skills and Experience required:
Excellent customer service skills
High Level of IT literacy and use of Excel
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
Confident Telephone manner
Strong oral and written communication skills
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent team work skills and a proactive approach
