Job Details
This global firm are one of the biggest names in London with an outstanding reputation, they are looking for a Corporate Solicitor. They house many lawyers who are known internationally for their level of expertise. They have recently won lots of new work which is causing the team to enjoy continued growth. This Top 20 firm offer very good prospects from day one, with work-life balance sitting at the heart of what they do.
You will be professional, motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and IT skills. You will be a 6 years+ Corporate Solicitor; having trained at a Legal 500 Firm and be competent in handling your own caseload of Corporate matters to include high-value cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions (both corporate asset deals and restructurings and reorganisations), large scale development projects, joint ventures, financings, including public and private capital raising, debt and equity investment, venture capital and capital market transactions.
Previous experience within the Energy sector gained in private practice or in-house would be advantageous.
