You will have responsibility for a small team in the Lincoln office, a paralegal and a legal executive are already in place in that department, and they would benefit from the guidance of an experienced qualified solicitor or legal executive.
 
A technically strong private client solicitor at 5+ years' PQE is required to help develop the team and take them onto the next stages.
 
The work coming into the firm includes wills, trusts, probate, lifetime trusts, tax issues, asset protection, succession planning, estate administration, Court of Protection, and lasting powers of attorney.
 
Any client following or networks local to the East of England would be warmly welcomed, however that isn't imperative. Your commitment to the Lincoln area and a willingness to share your time and knowledge at times with junior members of staff is key.
