Civil Litigation Lawyer

Litigation Solicitor. A litigation department of a North Devon law firm has a new opportunity for a litigation lawyer, solicitor or legal executive. The litigation team requires a civil litigation lawyer with approximately 2+ years PQE or more. Reporting to the head of litigation the role will encompass a full range of civil litigation work such as; property litigation, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant, contested probate, consumer contracts, defamation, debt and contract disputes. The successful civil litigation lawyer will work pro-actively as part of a team and enjoy administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well respected law firm punching above its weight. Salary is dependent upon experience.
