Fantastic chance for an RTA Fee Earner to join this stable and steady niche mid-tier practice based in Cheshire with plenty of development & progression opportunities.

You will need to have gained 1 years' experience of managing RTA independently and be able to manage a litigated caseload. The majority of work will be personal injury based however there will also be credit hire matters that need dealing with. Both qualified (Solicitor & Legal Executive) and non-qualified fee earners will be considered for this position with an attractive bonus scheme also available.

You will be expected to run circa 180 matters with both Portal & Non-Portal matters, so experience of Portal work will be advantageous. There will also be the opportunity to deal with NIHL, Clinical Negligence and EL/PL should you so wish. Both Paralegal and Admin support will be provided.
