You will be working with Partners who will invest in you not just technically but will give you the skills you need to become a fully rounded Property Lawyer.

The Firm

This firm launched only 12 months ago and, in this time, they have turned over in excess of £500k, and this is without them even having fully had chance to market the practice, this is in part due to the incredibly strong network that the Partners have. They have grown from 3 to 16 members of staff, with space for more. There has been a real uplift in work and there is even more in the pipeline, so you will take over a busy caseload working alongside an excellent team.

In 12 months, they are on over 40 panels and have relationships with the largest mortgage brokers in the City.

The Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, with this role comes prospects to springboard up the career ladder, the position is based

You will work along two industry giant Partners. The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers, and leasehold enfranchisement. The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and will be at the forefront of this department.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE
• You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual
• A positive "can do" attitude is key to the role
• Salary is negotiable and very much dependent on your background
