This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced new homes lawyer to join an established and growing team in central Exeter.
You will work alongside a highly regarded wider property team and will have lots of client contact with large, small and medium-sized developers from day one. There is a very loyal client base already.
This role will be a deputy head of department position, with further future progression.
You will "account manage" various developers and, therefore, an excellent communicator is required.
You will, ideally, already have plot sales and new build conveyancing experience. Solicitors and full or part qualified legal executives will be considered.
You should be familiar with all aspects of new homes conveyancing transactions including freehold & leasehold cases, mortgages and Help-to-Buy funded transactions.
There is an excellent salary depending on experience and a very friendly team environment in central Exeter offices.
