Social Housing Partner Opportunity - No Following Required!

I am interested in speaking to candidates with solid experience and exposure to property work involved with social housing projects and regeneration schemes for a North West based client who is looking for someone to head up their award winning national team.

The client base is as you would expect - housing associations, public and third sector and housing charities. Work is high quality and broad based including: acquisitions and disposals of land and property, secured lending, property and site management (pre and post completion) and ongoing support across the board in portfolio management and the full range of landlord and shared ownership issues. Clearly you need a great technical grip of commercial and residential property law together with exposure to working within social housing and with the type of clients and problems that are particular to this niche sector.
