This conveyancing manager role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer who is currently in a fee-earning role and looking for a great opportunity to progress, as you will be growing and managing your own team.

Likewise, it’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently managing a team but would like the chance to open up a new department in Hull. 
With working conditions to match the best in the market, this forward thinking firm is offering a conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive the chance to lead a team in a brand new office space, within a new department, with a firm that has a top reputation within the market. 

As a conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload seeing it through from start to finish and assisting with the further development and expansion of the business.

You will initially be the sole conveyancer in the office which will provide you with the opportunity to make this new department your own before additional support is added.
To be successful in this position you must: 
  • Be an experienced conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE.
  • Have comprehensive experience with managing your own caseload.
  • Possess the confidence to open a new office and manage a team.
