The role

The firm have an exciting vacancy for an Employment Solicitor at NQ - 2 years PQE.

You will join an award-winning employment team that comprises of a team that is widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities an outstanding expertise.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Lawyer with NQ- 2 years PQE (more experienced candidates are welcome to apply)
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
