Senior Private Client Solicitor

A leading international law firm is seeking a STEP qualified senior private client solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its expanding Private Capital team in Manchester.
 
You will be joining a highly regarded Tier 1 Legal 500 Private Client department as part of a global law firm where you will handle your own caseload of a range of private client matters including estate planning, trusts, tax structures, complex wills and probate work. Your clients will range from landed multi-generational families, serial entrepreneurs, ultra and high-net-worth individuals, as well as international individuals and trustees of offshore trusts.
 
You must be a qualified private client solicitor likely with 5+ years' PQE gained within a recognised private client department. Therefore, it is likely that you will be currently working for a medium or large commercial law firm and have experience dealing with high net worth individuals.

You will be used to handling a range of matters including personal estate planning through to the management of complex, multimillion-pound estates and trusts. You must be STEP qualified or currently working towards this. You will also be commercially aware with an enthusiastic approach.
