Residential Conveyancer - This is an opportunity for a residential conveyancer to work in-house as part of a legal department dealing with residential transaction for new build plot sales, part exchange properties and re-sale properties based in Winchester. The successful residential conveyancer will have excellent experience of the sales process from start to finish and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The residential conveyancer may be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Fee earner or Licensed Conveyancer. Salary to £39,000 + extensive benefits.
