A fantastic opportunity for an employment a solicitor to join a friendly Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire. The role will involve:
Handling Respondent and Claimant Employment Tribunal Claims and appeals; Drafting Service/ compromise agreements & Contracts of Employment; Providing Corporate Support Guiding employers through grievance and disciplinary procedures; Advising on redundancy and restructuring.
The right candidate will have good experience from within a respected firm or leading regional firm, as well as an ability to contribute to the development of the practice.
