Corporate Solicitor

A national top 50, award-winning law firm seeks a corporate solicitor to join its market leading department in Leeds city centre.

This national Corporate Team provides a comprehensive range of legal services, with a particular focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, trade sales and disposals.

They also handle company re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, investment agreements and offer advice on general company law compliance and corporate governance.
 
As a corporate solicitor, you will manage a workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLP's, partnerships and individuals.
 
This national firm is looking for a candidate with ideally 7+ years' PQE, though candidates outside of this level will still be urged to apply. You will be an experienced lawyer with proven experience in all aspect of private M&A transactions.
