Senior Personal Injury Fee Earner

My client is a national law practice of around 900 employees operating from multiple offices across the UK. It is a full-service law firm that is currently looking for an experienced case handler to run a caseload of RTA claimant personal injury cases within the Fast Track Team in Leeds.

The caseload will include fast-track and portal cases, with a variety in terms of value. The caseload will be a mixture of litigated and non-litigated cases, with the role being suited to an experienced personal injury case handler.
 
The successful senior personal injury fee earner will have excellent knowledge and understanding of handling claimant personal injury cases and sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Experience of running personal injury litigated cases through to trial is essential. 

Candidates could be a solicitor, legal executive or an experienced fee earner who holds equivalent experience.
