Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive – Cardiff

They are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their expanding team in Cardiff to manage a caseload as overseeing a team of assistants and paralegals.

The work is varied and interesting with a focus on:

• Incorrectly prescribed medicines
• Mistakes during surgery
• Delay in diagnosis, misdiagnosis or failure to diagnose
• Failure to adequately warn of the risks of treatment
• Pressure or  bed sores
• Defective products, such as hip joints and other implants
• Substandard cosmetic surgery

The successful Solicitor will have experience of handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters from inception to completion. You will supervise a small team of skilled handlers and assistants with a focus on risk assessments, 1-2-1 meetings and participate in training and marketing activities.

As Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will be 2+ years PQE and looking to progress your career.
