Commercial Litigation Solicitor – This is a rare opportunity to join a unique Holborn based firm that focus on private companies, directors and investors. This modern yet traditional firm with an outstanding reputation has asked us to find them a further litigation solicitor.

About the Role
Joining a highly knowledgeable team of 6; you will need to show a solid understanding of the litigation process with the ability to advise your clients on their best course of action, be that resolution or to litigate. You will be managing a complex and sometimes high-profile caseload, advising a range of clients on various business disputes including:
-        Contract disputes
-        Directorship, shareholder and partnership disputes
-        IP matters
-        Commercial fraud
-        Negligence law
-        Court injunctions
-        Landlord & tenant disputes
-        Construction disputes

Candidate Requirements
You will need to have c.3+ years relevant PQE, proven track record and a commercially astute manner. Experience gained at a City or similar West End practice would be desirable however not essential.
