Legal Secretary - Commercial Property - Portsmouth £20,000 - £23000

A very well established local firm with multiple offices across Hampshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary at their Portsmouth office to join their experienced Commercial Property department.

You will need to be a an experienced commercial property secretary as you will be working directly with an established fee earner. This will involve day to day support in all commercial property activities. This will cover typing of correspondence, liaising with clients, other firms and estate agents, scanning of documentation, post-completion work including Land Registry applications, stamp duty land tax (and other online applications) and ensuring that all files are kept in order and compliant with Lexcel quality standards.

Good quality audio typing skills will be required so a very good command of letter layout and formatting is important. As well as supporting a fee earner directly you will be keen to play a part in the team overall and enjoy working in a busy environment and like to feel that you can contribute to the ongoing success of the team.
