The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their growing and long-established Tunbridge Wells office.

The firm have a strong reputation for Real Estate, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.

You will deal with your own conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, the team are busy and looking to make more than one hire)
• You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
