The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their Ipswich office.

The Commercial Property department is well-known for their work in this area, building an impressive client list. The team is fantastic at building lasting relationships and business development, meaning the firm are busy with work. The caseload will be varied and include: landlord and tenant, buying and selling of commercial property, property finance, developments, acquisitions and disposals.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at 2 - 4 years PQE
• You will deal with a high-quality caseload of Commercial Property matters
• You should have a good technical knowledge and a good billings history
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on your level of experience
