QED Legal's client has tasked us with securing a commercial property solicitor with between NQ and 1 years PQE as they continue the growth of their west coast real estate team. This is currently comprised of a Partner, 2 solicitors, a soon to qualify trainee solicitor and support. As such, the potential for advancement is clear and uncluttered at associate level.
You will be well-versed in the sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial leasing (for both landlord and tenant) as well as development work as this will comprise the bulk of your caseload.
With commercial property proving a booming arena for several years now, there is little to separate the plethora of roles already advertised. What I can say for this firm however, is that they can offer better work/life balance than some other top tier firms and have a proven track record of this.
This is a firm with very little staff turnover due to there commitment to offering an enjoyable, rewarding and focused working atmosphere.
