My client provides a range of high quality legal services to both individuals and business clients across its offices and they are keen to expand their successful law firm with a Conveyancing for their Chester office.

The position will be within an expanding and growing Residential Property department. Daily duties of this role will include handling a caseload of residential sales and purchase files from initiation to completion , provide legal advice in relation to conveyancing matters, ensure compliance with SLA agreements, drafting legal documents and correspondence, preparation of the financial documentation, meet deadlines within specified time frames, to name a few.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer candidate will have at least 12 months residential property experience in a similar role. They will be a hardworking individual and the successful candidate will play an important role in the Residential Property team. The position is varied and challenging.

This Conveyancing Conveyancer role offers a competitive salary and is dependent upon previous experience. The role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with a view to become permanent dependant on the business needs.
