The firm are seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing City of London office.
You will join a L500 ranked, award-winning department. The Commercial Property department deals with a broad range of clients, across several industry sectors, the level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. You will work individual property owners, investors, developers, retailers, industrial sites, lenders, landowners and affordable homes providers.
The caseload will include; Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending and Corporate Support.
This role comes with good prospects and career development.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
