The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor into their flourishing, Chelmsford office.
You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.
You will work as part of a legal 500, award-winning team. The team is entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking.
Contentious Probate is a growing area for the firm, with plans to grow further over the next 24 months. You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high-quality caseload of; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.

- You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the level of PQE)
