Job Details
A leading Law firm in Leicestershire are recruiting for a Wills & Probate Lawyer on a 9-12 month FTC to cover maternity leave on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will have at least five years experience dealing with various Wills & Probate matters. You will also be highly organised, motivated and have strong communication skills.
Ideally, you will be experienced in a broad range of matters including:
- Handling a caseload of files
- Elderly client work
- Court of Protection practice
- Drafting of wills and LPA's
- Associated tax issues
