An experienced Property Paralegal is required for an exciting opportunity with a long-standing law firm in Manchester. The role will be based in the Manchester office and offers a competitive salary depending on experience.

This international law firm have an excellent reputation in the local area and pride themselves on the high level of services that they provide to both businesses and individuals.

The role of Residential Development Paralegal will involve managing a case load of residential matters with minimal supervision, and the position will be best suited to a current conveyancing paralegal who can handle a very varied case load of residential files whilst assisting senior fee earners with more complex matters.

Key Duties;

Negotiation of deeds of grant of rights, easements and wayleaves, substation leases and transfers;

Dealing with adoption agreements for roads, sewers, and open spaces;

Assisting with completions, Land Registry applications and requisitions, SDLT returns;

Assisting solicitors and partners on property and developments transactions for housing associations and developers;
