Self-driven Dispute Resolution Solicitor sought for a well-established practice in West Sussex.

Our client is actively seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their busy office in the Worthing area. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload consisting of a wide range of general and commercial litigation matters, whilst striving for success.

• Contentious commercial property
• Contentious probate
• TOLATA claims
• Residential possession work
• Representing clients at hearings
• Supporting other members of the team with dispute resolution matters when requested
• Participating in business development

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Solid experience in civil and commercial litigation gained within a reputable firm
• Able to organise own workload to meet tight deadlines
• A team player with a desire for professional development
• Excellent IT skills
