Job Details
This successful Dispute Resolution Team specialises in commercial and civil disputes, landlord and tenant issues, debt recovery and neighbour disputes.
You will be responsible for your own cases as well as assisting other fee earners and partners within the team ensuring the upkeep of the firms professional and excellent reputation. This is alongside providing a caring and quality service to both your own and the firm's clients, offering stand out advice, solutions and remedies in each case file to make sure you work towards and hitting the targets set by the firm.
To be successful in this dispute resolution solicitor role, you will need:
- 2-5 years' PQE
- Sound knowledge of all usual dispute resolution areas
- Proven track record of business development and meeting clients face-to-face
- Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients
- Ability to manage own workflows and meet and exceed deadlines and targets
